Why would BIND timeout on only 'A' results?

That is rather unexpected that you don't get timeouts.  Cause I've also used
nslookup from home (ohio), and dig from my 2 servers (DNS Crawler's server
in virginia, and a server in north carolina), and I got timeouts with all 3.
It isn't a problem with DNS Crawler specifically, although I might concede
that the problem does not exist from some locations.

It is still strange though that there is a difference between results with
only 'A' records and results that include other types of records.

Thank you, Barry Margolin, for confirming that you also get timeouts from
your location.

Any ideas on why this problem exists?  Is this really a problem on comcast's
part?
