Read the _BIND_9_ARM_ (included with the source). "localhost" is a 
built-in ACL which encompasses all IP addresses on the machine. Perhaps 
unfortunate that the same word means 127.0.0.1 in other contexts, but 
also consider that you cannot use hostnames in your configuration. You 
can only use IP addresses and defined ACL's.
