Good afternoon.
I am having an issue with Bind 9.3.0 running on a RH server.

Everytime we loose International connectivity, the server cache fails to
respond
To queries

Example

If we query the soa for google.com, it replies "server fail"

However,  as soon as international is restored, it answers fine.

I have no idea where to start looking

Any advice would be appreciated.
