	If the response is greater than ~500 bytes, then BIND will 
truncate it to less than 512 bytes, set the TC_TRUNCATED flag, and it 
is up to the resolver to re-query with TCP.  Of course, if they're 
using qmail, that's probably not going to happen.

	So, I'm not sure you can solve this problem with BIND.  Once 
you've decided to drink the Dan Kool-Aid, I don't think you've got 
any choice but to drink it all.
