BIND 9.2.5 - errors in /var/log/messages

Perhaps the solution is simple, but why am I getting the following
errors??

Apr 18 19:25:06 testbox named[170]: dumping master file: tmp-6NBqxztsEL: open: permission denied
Apr 18 19:25:07 testbox named[170]: dumping master file: tmp-jgoDquNH2p: open: permission denied


My /etc/namedb/ is owned by bind:bind and named is running as user
'bind'
