DNS redundancy and two ISPs

Your problem is not in your config, its at your registry. Here is what
it has listed for you:

 Domain servers in listed order:

NS2.GDDIRECT.NET 216.237.201.46
NS1.GDDIRECT.NET 24.199.173.58 

If you look at your IP address for NS2 and whois is for NS2, they are
different.
