Bind 9.3.0 refused notify from non-master

Hi!
After upgrading from 9.2.3 to 9.3.0 I get the following error message in =
the log:
general: zone xn--bibliotekshgskolan-n3b.se/IN: refused notify from =
non-master: 193.10.166.35#55654
I get this for all zones.
This machine is the slave and 193.10.166.35 is its own IP.
Any ideas?
