Detail Statistics in BIND 9x Win32

When will detailed statistics be available in BIND 9x (i'm using
9.3.0r4) for Windows 2000.

Looking into version 8 i found that the statistics are much more in
depth, and reading into 9 found that those types of statistics were
not included.

any reason why, or when they will be available for 9?
