First, upgrade to 9.2.3 so you're not vulnerable. If you're running on
Windows, use 9.2.4rc8 for the best stability.
Second, look at the BIND 4 to BIND 8/9 migration script in the contrib
directory. It'll convert MSDNS generally fine. The MSDNS boot file is
basically BIND 4 format of the named.boot.
