You *must* change named.conf to add / remove domain.=20

Who or what tools that changes named.conf is irrelevant, as an
perl-study example you could use your masters named.conf and
change it to a slave named.conf.

The above perl-script + some scp/ssh + some scripting will do what you wa=
nt.

No. Just follow the Force ( Source ?) .  Unix allows you an enormous
freedom in scripting routine tasks.
