DNS and dynamic IP: help needed

What's in your /etc/resolv.conf? Are you pointing to your own nameserver 
or to your ISP's nameservers? Obviously, if you're querying your ISP's 
nameservers for the name, they're not going to know anything about the 
private server you've set up on your own LAN...
