bind versions and update-security category availability

	There are no plans to back port it.  It would consitute a
	feature change to BIND 9.2.x.  Feel free to do it yourself
	if you wish.

	You could also just go to BIND 9.3.0.

	BIND 8.3.5 was released after BIND 9.2.0.
