Migration from BIND 4.9 to 9.2 or Microsoft DNS

You should not have any problems.  However, you should read all the docs 
that come with BIND 9.  If you start with the "README" file you will find 
this statement:

"If you are upgrading from BIND 8, please read the migration
        notes in doc/misc/migration.  If you are upgrading from
        BIND 4, read doc/misc/migration-4to9."

I highly recommend going through all of the docs before moving forward.
