resolv.conf for server running bind

I am bringing up a new server with bind and RH EL 3 to replace an ageing
linux box.  In troubleshooting my setup, want to make sure what my
resolv.conf should look like.  Should it have just nameserver 127.0.0.1,
something else or nothing ? =20
