MAX_SHUFFLE help.

I need to increase MAX_SHUFFLE to 100 on v9.2.3 / Solaris.  How do I do
this? Do I need to add this to the rdataset.h include file? Thanks in
advance for your help in this matter.  I have not compiled BIND
executables in a long long time.
