Logging format for channels

Hello list,

is there a way I could customize the logging output for a given channel? I
would like to see the name of the host that is added to a zone when a DDNS
update request is received. Currently, it only shows what's done, not who:

Sep 24 06:38:46.043 client 127.0.0.1#47571: updating zone 'site/IN': adding an RR
Sep 24 06:38:46.065 client 127.0.0.1#47571: updating zone 'site/IN': adding an RR
Sep 24 06:38:46.188 client 127.0.0.1#47571: updating zone '201.168.192.in-addr.arpa/IN': deleting an rrset
Sep 24 06:38:46.188 client 127.0.0.1#47571: updating zone '201.168.192.in-addr.arpa/IN': adding an RR
