Changing the name of mx

The name of the mailserver is uninteresting, mail is delivered
to whatever your MX has in the RHS.

What you can do is to add the new name ( keeping the old 'A' record),
and change the MX to refer to the new name.

A couple of days later you can remove the old 'A' record.
