DNS timing question

First thanks for everyone's help earlier this week.   The problem happened
to be a bum transitional secondary and then a bum secondary service from my
ISP.   I went to dnsmadeeasy.com on the suggestion of a member and they
have done a great job.

However, while testing my DNS at DNSstuff.com, I keep getting an 'F' grade
on the timing test because supposedly my server is timing out.   It wasn't
timing out yesterday and I was getting 'A's with some reasonable response
times  However this morning I do get a timeout and a reload/restart of
named didn't fix anything.   I have allowed recursion and query in the conf
file just in case that was trapping it.  

I am having absolutely no other DNS problems that I can tell.

After my sig is the relevant information.  The logs look normal.   Can
anyone see why this is happening?
