disconnected BDC server still being sought

A Win2000 machine running as a BDC/WINS server was removed from
network several weeks ago.  There are however multiple pc's and other
servers trying to communicate to it causing much "NETLOGON:SAM LOGON
Request from client" broadcasts and flooding my security logs.  How
can I remove this.  We are running NT4 domain within a mixed Win
environment, currently have 1 PDC with 2 BDC's and 2 WINS servers
being pushed out via DHCP to all.  Thx for any assistance.
