BIND9 don't query specific nameserver with IPv4 address.

I don't think so (even though using 0 TTL is not so typical), but I
won't argue about this point.  Anyway, I'm quite sure that the
"problems" in the zone were irrelevant to the original report, even if
there was really lame delegation.  The problem is in the caching
server.
