RFC 2317 Delegation Problems

Thanks to everyone who answered this.  I completely missed the delegation to a 
CNAME record and duplicate delegation for the 192.103.189.209.in-addr-arpa 
zone.  Now I have to put together a (polite) email to Verio explaining how 
they have it screwed up.

You all just saved my keyboard from suffering numerous head shaped dents.
