Problems compiling bind-9.3.0rc1 on suse linux

The configure script is checking whether there is IPv6 support on your
system or not on its own. I discovered similar problems when I tried to
compile Bind 9.3.0 beta3 on my SuSE 8.1. using the same option. Try to
compile it without using the --disable-ipv6 option. Then there should be
no problem. Since today  Bind 9.3.0 rc1 is running fine on my SuSE 8.1.
