One Zone File Not Transferring to Slave

Just as the messages state, there is no such record type as "OTR" (= 
"Old Time Radio"?). Probably you misspelled "PTR". Since the master zone 
has a syntax error, it doesn't load, the master is not authoritative for 
the zone, and thus zone transfers fail. Fix the root problem and the 
others should disappear.
