Bind 9.2.3 on Solaris 2.6

Hi, I recently installed and migrated all zone from bind 4.9 to bind 9.3.2
on a test machine. So far bind 9.2.3 machine running OK. Now I'm planning to
upgrade my all dns slaves and masters. Now my question is  should I upgrade
my master server fast then slave servers or other way around and possible
precautions.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
