	There was NOTHING wrong below.  

	It is an IXFR (Incremental Zone Transfer) request for the changes
	required to get from 2003101701 to the current contents.

	The master can return one of three answers.
	1. a single SOA with the current SOA contents that is used to
	   indicate that the transfer should be performed over TCP 
	   (current serial > requested serial) or that no transfer is
	   to be performed (current serial <= requested serial).
	2. return a incremental response as a series of deltas.
	3. return a non incremental response containing the complete zone
	   contents.

	See RFC 1995 for more details.
