How to register a nameserver?

I've operated my own nameservers for years.  I've always
used Network Solutions' host management form.

Well...  I can no longer find any host management links
on their site.  And, queries to their help desk return with
instructions about how to add or change the DNS hosts
for the referenced domain.

Is there anybody out there in net land that knows how to
convince Network Solutions to register a DNS host?
