Hi,

What you what was the same for me, but I don't coded in PHP but in a
real coding language Perl more rubust with more oportunities :)
The implementation is for every1 something else (no1 thinks the same).

It's no use too give you some examples cause all my code is based on
Perl.

This was the base where I started on:

I created a layout based on the information that's in the zone files
like entry's for A, NS, MX, CNAME type of records and let people
webbased change them and store these values
in a db and with a separate perl script I generate from the db output
the correct zone file with the correct syntax based bind standards.

I'm writing this back to the list in attempt to get something going
outside the list, which after all is about bind, and not about a DNS
web-management process.

I've gotten one offlist reply, but not from John Callery.

If anyone who is interested in a collaborative effort will write me
offlist I'll see how many people are interested, and prepare an
announcement if warranted.

(If I recall correctly, this is exactly how Linus Torvalds started
<smile>.)
