NAME SERVER TIMEOUT - Emails not getting through consistently

At least two problems, both showstpper :

the above zonefile gives little room for redudancy. 

The current problem comes from the fact that acrobat-research.com. is ( according
to notworking-solutions servers) served by 
;; ANSWER SECTION:
acrobat-research.com.   1d23h59m21s IN NS  ns0.acrobat-aos.com.
acrobat-research.com.   1d23h59m21s IN NS  ns1.acrobat-aos.com.

And there is no zone "acrobat-aos.com." ( it's dead, it is no more, it has ceased to exist,
like a dead parrot. )
