no zone transfer bcos of higher serial no. in slave

Hi bind users,
I could not resolve the com.np from our slave server(ns-ext.vix.com & ns.ripe.net) . When I check our root server I found that SOA(serial no) in slave server  is greater than the root server(shikhar.mos.com.np) and could not transfer zones . From the log I found that after 19th october the com.np zone has not been transferred.

May I know the best and easiest method to resolve this problem at the earliest.
