Someone had replied to you and asked if you knew what 202.52.255.47 is
(sungava.mos.com.np according to the PTR record). It looks like your DNS
traffic is being proxied or something.
Works perfectly fine from my BIND 9.3.0 servers using the same exact
queries. Returns the expected results.
