SERVFAIL error

[S. Khademi]

I have installed bind-9.2.3 in fedora core2, when I restart my named I get 
this message:

[root at ns2 named]# service named restart
Stopping named: rndc: connect failed: connection refused
                                                           [  OK  ]
Starting named:                                            [  OK  ]

and when I use nslookup command for remote host I get true answer for 
exam:

[root at ns2 root]# nslookup mit.edu
Server:         217.219.18.22
Address:        217.219.18.22#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   mit.edu
Address: 18.7.22.69


But, when I use nslookup for my local host that I set those on my bind I 
get this message:


[root at ns2 root]# nslookup cc.iut.ac.ir
Server:         217.219.18.22
Address:        217.219.18.22#53

** server can't find cc.iut.ac.ir: SERVFAIL


P.s  My domain is iut.ac.ir

I checked zone file in /var/named/chroot/var/named directory and 
iut.ac.ir.zone file is include these information:

$TTL 86400
@       IN      SOA     @       khademi.cc      (
                                20031296 ; serial
                                28800 ; refresh
                                7200 ; retry
                                604800 ; expire
                                86400 ; ttl
                                )



@               IN      NS      ns2.iut.ac.ir.
