BIND 9.2.3, large zone xfer and 100% CPU Utilization

I think that the main issue is no IXFR support for RBL/RBL+ from
mail-abuse.com

You are probably right about garbage collecting, it looks like bind is
using 64-byte chunks to store zone data in memory...
