Problems resolving a domain (oum.edu.my)

e. When the domain does not resolve, I just need to do a 'ndc reload' and immediately the domain will be OK again. As you can see from the trace log below, the authoritative servers for oum.edu.my doesn't seem to be answering to my queries, but after a reload (the 30th packet), everything goes back to normal. My machine is equipped with 512MB RAM and there is always around 50% free memory left. CPU is utilized like 60% at max.
Don't worry. oum.edu.my is broken.

Their zone contains no NS records, and they don't acceot TCP queries.

Forget them.
