Yes, there seems to be problems with this version. dig doesn't work, for
example:

C:\Bind>dig www.gis.net
net.c:53: socket() failed: No error
dig: can't find either v4 or v6 networking

That indicates a problem with the libisc.dll. It's probably another bad
build.
