The hoped-for future version number is 9.2.3. The "rc3" means release
candidate 3. I find that rc2 is dated 17 September, and I find no
release notice for rc2 in between rc1 and rc3. So it seems that your
guess that the "rc3" is a typo for "rc2" is likely to be correct.
MSW ports always happen later [so far].
