Here is my traceroute:

14 ebt-A3-0-1-dist02.blm.embratel.net.br (200.230.0.101) 259.943 ms
278.051 ms 258.971 ms
15 ebt-F11-0-0-acc01.blm.embratel.net.br (200.230.156.17) 265.860 ms
266.109 ms 269.274 ms
16 200.208.194.34 (200.208.194.34) 268.317 ms 267.833 ms 271.447 ms

I thought the same thing that they were not allowing my server in, however,
I can do a dig and resolve the
the domain of their name servers no problem. wdigital21.com.br.

What is strange is that I go to domtools.com and ask them to resolve the
information and it gives the following error:

/usr/local/bin/siteinfo: gulfstream.com.br. is not truly a zone, perhaps you
should use com.br.
ERROR

I have a workaround for now by using a forwarder for anything in the com.br.
zone.
