Server can't find nameserver -> configuration problems

Hi all
my eyes can not believe that since 2 weeks I am trying to bring my names
server NS1.helpme.ch and ns2.helpme.ch
to the worldwide net.
My one maschine is not knowing that he is a nameserver. For diagnostic I am
use nslookup and dig.
nslookup 127.0.0.1
Server: 192.168.1.254
Address: 192.168.1.254#53
** server can't find 1.0.0.127.in-addr.arpa: NXDOMAIN
