nameserver problem I think?

Rough guess :

Your windows machine is configured to go to the ISP nameservers for 
DNS resolution. pab.cxm is not a valid domain name, and so any 
lookups fail.

You need to configure your internal DNS server with zones for your 
intranet, and to forward all other queries (either forward them to 
your ISP servers, or just resolve them yourself). Then you need to 
configure all your clients with your internal DNS server as its DNS 
server.
