DNS problems AHHHHH

There is a huge portion of the UK/North America Trans-Atlantic link down
at the moment.   The second link of what used to be redundant (running
on one due to a failure earlier this month that has not been fixed yet).

All bets are off for traffic too/from there for a week or two, so you
may be seeing problems with DNS due to that.
