bind 8.2.7 : how to decrease forwarders timeout ??

Hi all,

I want to know if it's possible to decrease the timeout to use the second
forwarder ?? In my opinion, there is no RTT behavior for the forward clause
in BIND 8.2.x, but iw it same with BIND 9 ?

Options

directory "/usr/local/named";
forwarders { 194.151.2.2; 194.151.5.2; };
forward only;
fake-iquery yes;
};
