Apparently their is a newer RFC -- something in the
Win2003 docs listed this as a new feature of the DNS
server -- for longer RR (maybe not longer names) and
negotiating the UDP packet size (instead of 500 octets?)

Win2000+ is starting to need this since they are using
the _underscore subdomains for sites and services (SRV
records), as well as GUIDs for alternate DC names.
