I can't gethost but other can.....

Hi,

I am having trouble with a couple of domains (forgive me I did write 
in earlier). No-one at my site can access www.cshl.org or 
aims.org.au. I have to go a7.nstld.com (top-level .org root-server) to 
get any records for the host but users at other sites can get the site 
straight up. 

The NS of this zone seems to be down but the web-server is up. 
However my name-server is not resolving the names properly.

Can anyone help?
