urgent: update problem?

Greeting,

I have changed a entry on host file and have problem our second dns can not
get the entry changed.

Anyone give some advice, what is wrong?

First DNS server:
# /usr/sbin/nslookup library.uws.edu.au
Server:  localhost
Address:  127.0.0.1

Name:    library.uws.edu.au
Address:  ..............

Second:
nslookup library.uws.edu.au
Server:  localhost
Address:  127.0.0.1

*** localhost can't find library.uws.edu.au: Non-existent host/domain
