IXFR with NEtwork Registar

Hi,

Currently we are running a Cisco Network Registar 5.0 primary and backup 
DNS. They exchange incrementals for updates of zones.

Now I have installed a BIND 8.3.3 (will upgrade to 8.3.4) but can't seem to 
find a setting in the zones to enable the incrementals via IXFR they all go 
via AXFR.

What do I need to configure as I think on BIND 8 IXFR is set to no on 
default.
