Broken Reverse DNS...3rd Party Problem. Pls Assist!

I was attempting to access www.gotomypc.com(66.151.158.183)(also known
as expertcity.com) which I can normally get to without any problem,
and was unable to do so.  I can no longer ping it, and a tracert
results in a broken reverse DNS issue.

I called the company and they state they are having no issues. They
are unable to access the www.samspade.org site that I use from the
office here to get a 3rd party view of what's going on...
