That's not how DNS works. If you only want updates via your ISP's DNS
then you use the forward option. Read the ARM for details. You can't
specify any time to get updates, DNS doesn't work that way. It only
updates its cached information if the cache entry has expired (the TTL
value). To do otherwise would put an enormous burden on nameservers
to retrieve or supply updates for records that may never be requested
under normal circumstances.
