But I cannot find a place on the web to show the resolver library is LGPL.
If you see that, please tell me.

If it's a library, it should be under LGPL rather than GPL.

Have you tried this free C resolver library that comes in a package
called BIND?  BIND is what this mailing list / newsgroup is all about.
Have a look at <URL: http://www.isc.org/products/BIND/>.
