Reverse DNS Mapping not working

DNS is based on hierarchical referrals.  RIPE delegated reverse DNS for
195.141.214.x to your ISP's nameservers.  They need to delegate reverse DNS
for the 195.141.214.32-63 to your nameservers.  That's how the rest of the
Internet discovers that your nameservers should be used.
