Reverse DNS Mapping not working

Hi all,

I am a newbie to this and have the thankful task of administering an OpenVMS DNS server that had been set up years ago by some other person. Now we get more and more returned emails back with a following text:

(reason: 550 5.7.1 <user at domain.com>... Fix reverse DNS for 195.141.214.59 or use your ISPs mail server)

I am very unsure where to set the PTR records. I have found some PTR records in the file 214_141_195_in-addr_arpa.db. However they do not seem to work because mails do bounce from any of the server listed. Here's the files content:

$ ty 214_141_195_in-addr_arpa.db

Please advise me. I hope we get through this before our customers start complaining ;-). Thanks very much.
