Named daemon problem

Hi all
 I am facing problem with starting the named daemon. I cannot  figure =
why it doesnot start because it does not give any errors. I am running =
BIND9.2.x on Red Hat Linux 8.0. I have attached the zone file, arpa file =
and the named.conf file. I would appreciate if someone can help me out =
here.
